Digital Files Policy
No physical item will be posted to you, framing etc in photographs is for display purposes only. You will receive a digital file, which you can print at home or at a service bureau.
Digital download purchases are non-refundable, as there is no way for me to tell whether or not you have printed the design. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me before ordering.
If you wish to return an item please contact me within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you receive your item in a damaged condition, you will need to take photographs of both the damage to the item and photographs of the packaging. This will enable me to start the process of obtaining compensation from the courier or postal service. Once I receive compensation I can then reimburse you.

* Sale items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, once the bank has processed it. To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, please email me for instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, at the very least obtain a proof of posting. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
